No audio or video

Was working fine. Next day, no audio or video. Connects to portal, loads epg, then nothing. Keep getting media formats not supported. I've switched between both primary and backup players, same results. Pulled power, ethernet cable, HDMI cable, then restart, same results. Even rebooted my router. VOD, same thing. 

Any ideas what's going on ?

MAC server or XC ?

If it is MAC based server, then I recommend asking your reseller to do a MAC reset on your account.

Do other apps like Youtube work ?

From the Updates screen, what is your Firmware and Software versions ?
