Hello,

I hope that I put this topic in the right place. I have a BuzzTV X5 Special Edition device, and have tried everything that I am aware of to get my channels to load from my playlist. It has worked intermittently, however whenever I restart my device I cannot get the channels to load again.

The screen briefly says "loading channels", then I receive an error message, Which I have attached pictures of below.

My provider told me to uae,

XC API, which I have done,

and I've also tried the M3U method with the same sporadic results.

I really like the device, but I purchased it primarily for its Live TV app, which so far I have hardly been able to use.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate any and all, before I give up and put it back in the box and on the shelf.20240617_122714.thumb.jpg.71db0e563f5625aac7739adbf8e5ca2c.jpg

If I could even get 7 days, that would be a vast improvement, As of now, I can't get anything for more than a few hours.

what do you have epg source set to?

I get full 7 days+ on my service also and pretty instantaneous.

Do you have any special characters in your username/password ?  Something like "!/\&*()$#@" etc.. ?  IF you do, many servers can have issues with that.

Have you tried with another service to see if the problem is the service or the box ?  I'm suspecting the service honestly.

Maybe that's the step I'm missing. Excuse my ignorance but what do I look for as far "setting EPG"?

However, as of now, I'm connected again. Here is a snapshot of XC API login scree.

I use a service called PrimosTV. My XC API login is tv.365, my username and password are fairly generic with no special characters.

If the problem persist, then it is probably your providers panel that is overloaded during certain times of the day and probably timing out out during login.

Maybe it's time to try another service and compare the stability.  Services are quite cheap and no obligations.  Either way, like I tell people, you should always have a second service as a backup, because there is no such thing as a PERFECT server.  Even the best of them will occasionally have their off day.

that's normally added if using mac

this server won't reach without /c so it guess its mandatory for this server regardless Mac or XC api.

Yes, I have another service that is not as reliable, but it sounds like trying them for compatability is not a bad idea at all.
