LucasH Posted December 7, 2023 Share Posted December 7, 2023 I have an XRS4000 box. I scheduled it to record from Live TV, coming from a MAC Server. The recording shows up in the PVR, however when I try to play it, it's just a black screen with the scrubbing bar at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds with no sound, then it quits back to the recordings list. I downloaded an FTP app to try and extract the file from the box, however that particular recording cannot be found in the file system even though it appears in the recording interface. I also tried restarting the box with no improved results. The box did not lose power during recording and is connected to a reliable internet connection via ethernet.
