B5 won't update

I have a couple B5 units that won't install the latest update. Receive the notification that an update is available, select Download & Install, get 'Preparing system update' and there it stays. I've tried factory resetting a couple of times but to no avail. 

I don't mind not being on the latest version but there is a constant popup stating that there is an update available and asking if I'd like to install it. Any suggestions?

Can you post the current Firmware and BuzzTV version you have on those boxes ?

When you say factory reset, is that via the settings menu, or via the "pin" method ?

Current firmware: 20230328

BuzzTV version: 5.0.799

When I say factory reset, it was via the settings menu.

@dishuser I will get back to you with the exact free space but there were no installed apps besides what comes on the STB, no recordings, no favorites as I had just reset it.
