EPG does not populate since July 23rd

EPG does not populate on models XRS 4500 and HD5. Using latest BuzzTV5 app update. Another brand on the same server has no issues with EPG.

try to clear cache, clear epg and try again.

since nothing has changed on the buzz side ask your service what changed there 

Maybe they have an alternate url

I did not clear cache or clear EPG but EPG works from yesterday! 

By the way, how does one clear cache and clear EPG. I did not see any such options.

clear epg, while watching live tv press menu, settings, configurations, go down and click clear epg

clear cache, from home screen go to settings, apps, buzztv5, and click clear cache
