X4900S Lost programming and it will not reload ?

HELP - One {TV5} - says wrong user name password 

second {TV&} says it can not load ... I changed nothing ANY ideas ???

 

Could thins mean my reseller was sketchy?

could be many things.

if it was working fine and you changed nothing then maybe yes or no.

yes if they are not answering you anymore.

no because your credentials might have compromised 

also, check your internet is fine and your ip is not banned.

Try rebooting both your Modem and/or Router.  Even if it all seems fine, you should try it.

And try to contact your reseller to see if there is any known issue with the service, or if you account has been flagged maybe.
