Since the new update that has recently come out, I've had to ask customers who did the update to change to default player because of no volume issue with secondary player. This is going to cause a lot of work for box sellers. Just wondering if you are aware.

Hi! Unfortunately many customers don't know to do this  They assume when the volume goes, that it is a server issue which leads to a flood of calls, then you have to explain how to change it to default  Not all of us are blessed with experienced android users lol

then maybe you should encourage your customers to scroll thru settings and learn what they do
