as soon as attached the device its checking for the updates than after 2% it says  you need to register with serial no some where ...but not getting that

Try rebooting  a few times

We have e2 se .. we are trying to setup up remote to use to turn TV on and off.

Wife has followed instructions on the remote but no luck.

Can someone HELP
