AP4500 Posted October 28, 2021 Posted October 28, 2021 Channels freeze up and rewind itself to replay the same scene multiple times over throughout the entire program every 5-10min. Also have some channels that have no sound and the channel info is almost wrong 50% of the time. Any recommendations? Buzz XR4500 Quote

OGNoble Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 I agree with AP4500, it isn't the service nor the internet speed. With my box, All was perfect until ending of October 2021. Channels will freeze for at least 1min, then it will go back to start and return to home. It's quite frustrating. This must be the buzztv not my services/internet. The most disturbing was after updating my buzzTV. Blank screen! Quote
