I agree with AP4500, it isn't the service nor the internet speed. With my box, All was perfect until ending of October 2021. Channels will freeze for at least 1min, then it will go back to start and return to home. It's quite frustrating. This must be the buzztv not my services/internet. The most disturbing was after updating my buzzTV. Blank screen!
