Fossil Posted August 26, 2021 Posted August 26, 2021 I have an XRS 4000 and for the last few days my guide s not loading properly. About 90% of the chanels either display "No EPG Available" or "Loading" The very few that do display the information are doing so properly. I have left a message on my providers website but have not received any replies. Has anyone else seen this or have any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks Quote

Ryu Posted August 26, 2021 Posted August 26, 2021 have you reboot your box? try to kill apps running in the background. then clear cache again and leave your box sit on 1 channel for while. come back in few minutes and check to see if it loads up. Quote

Ryu Posted August 26, 2021 Posted August 26, 2021 if channel has no data from server coming in then it won't display. have you tried to reboot your network? sometime network create problems too. give a shot. Quote

And I don't see anyone else having this problem. All of the programming is being received, but only a bit of the the EPG data? Seems weird. Quote
