I have an XRS 4000 and for the last few days my guide s not loading properly. About 90% of the chanels either display "No EPG Available" or "Loading" The very few that do display the information are doing so properly.

I have left a message on my providers website but have not received any replies. 

Has anyone else seen this or have any ideas what could be causing this?

have you reboot your box? try to kill apps running in the background.

then clear cache again and leave your box sit on 1 channel for while. come back in few minutes and check to see if it loads up.

if channel has no data from server coming in then it won't display.

have you tried to reboot your network? sometime network create problems too. give a shot.

I hear what you are saying but there has to be data sent for me to receive EPG data on a few chanels only. And I don't see anyone else having this problem. All of the programming is being received, but only a bit of the the EPG data?

 

Seems weird.

it must be server then. I dont have that server but hopefully someone will confirm that but looks like its server end to me as you did all the steps. I would say wait day or two and see if that changes.
