Buzz4900: Google Play Store not working

On my Buzz 4900, the google play store not working properly.  Cannot download Apps or Update, was working fine before.  Any fix?

have you tried to reset your box?

No I haven't, just restart & shutdown.  If I reset, that means I'll have to re-do everything, that's so much work....all the buttons work in the Google Play Store except for the Install Icon.

Get the apps from aptoide or sideload

i just went to google play and i had to use the mouse to install

Did you try the mouse?

I also dislike google play because they are disabling apps that are not on their store 

I could not keep cyberflix on my box with google play enabled

I have a lot of apps using sideload, but it literally will not let me install any apps from the google play store, or uninstall for that matter.  Won't even work with mouse function + I have a Wechip on the device, will not work either.

Go to settings apps and play with options Try uninstallimg updates clear data etc

Fixed.  Went to "See All Apps" and I uninstalled updates"  it then gave me the correct Google Play Store version.

It must of installed a different incorrect version automatically.
