Press OK to watch - command not working

when you set reminder to watch a program 2 hrs later,  and when the time comes ,you get message  " Press OK to watch.........."

you press ''ok '' and it dose not get to that channel  

Worst part is you don't remember what was the channel set for

What am i doing wrong?

just tried it and picked a program that was starting 18 minutes later and it worked fine

will try another 1 1/2 hours from now

I've just tried another 2 older pilots and it works.

it means there is a problem with my pilot.

Any idea how to fix that problem?

not sure how a remote could possibly affect setting up a reminder

my bt-200 worx great on my 4900

when you press ok does that pop up message goes away? try to remove batteries for 1 minute and try again an see if that helps or try to pair again if you are using via Bluetooth. 

if you trying via bluetooth than turn off bluetooth mode and try  via IR.

The ok button must work or he would not be able to set up the reminder.

Since it doesn't work with any of his remotes it's a software issue 

A reset might fix it

OK button works fine with other functions

2 other pilots  work fine with switching to preset program

Removing batteries for 5 min , did not fix a problem

im sure ok button is working fine but only thing might be when that reminder message pops up maybe on that stage ok command does not work with new remote control but does work fine with old remote controls. its weird if it does that but I think you are right must be software related.

What pairing is use for?

am I loosing something when it's unpaired?

what i'm gaining if it is paired?

you can point remote anywhere and it will work

and you can check battery level

paired is bluetooth mode instead of ir

once paired it will show connected under buzztv bt-200

that light is the buzztv logo

once turned on you have a clock on every screen
