buzzTV 4900 no turn on

I got new buzzTV 4900 can't turn on stuck on the red light  . I tried  power on with remote control , but still have the same problem . please help ?

unplug it and plug back in What happens?

you can try this procedure and see it it helps Its the same procedure as the 4500

Have you paired the remote control to the unit? 

Were you prompted to pair the remote to the device when you were setting it up for the first time?

Pretty hard to pair when it wont turn on?

Were you dealing with back and forth over Ebay about this issue?

If so, I think it was determined your power supply was the issue.

I was thinking that he had already got the unit working. But found himself in a situation where he goes to switch it on after it being off and it would start up.
