the u5 and 4900 both use 12v power suplly the x5 does not...it's 5v

you need to post more info than saying you have same issue what firmware and software version are you using? and what's a fox fix? -

did your one box come with a bt-300? -
then you were doing it wrong cause after you hide a category yellow button for that category is show not hide
