I've tried over 2 dozen and all have failed tried with 2 usb sticks and 1 sd card one was about 1% shy of download and failed recordings and 1080 downloads are fine

contact your service and inform them of issue they may not know

if you have the ir-100 remote set the tv to about 60% volume the remote controls box volume
