if you have an sd card fix it yourself or wait for a preloaded card to be sent to you if you have access to a card just do it yourself instead of waiting keep in mind you lose all data

problem I have an X5 and it doesn't show any update. Current version: V20220729 and current IPTV Version: 5.0.756 solution yes Mike is going to ship me a SD card with the file on it. so memory is still working...lol

from memory I think 4 versions were affected

if I remember correctly others had issues updating like we did with the june version hopefully they can update you via ota or you'll have to use recovery file
