I had to take v20220811 update and then V20220919 the ol'lady never takes updates I swear I'm just gonna swap it out with my xpl3900 since it doesn't update...lol

you don't need to hold them that long you just need to wait for the remote to show up in top right corner fyi I never use the buttons I just add accessory and bt-400 shows up in top right corner
