the service you use has recently made changes
ask them
-

Not at home now to check (and don't recall off the top of my head), but on a MAC sub, under the menu->settings->configuration, is there an option for stream type (TS vs MU/HLS) all the way at the bottom ? If so, try changing that, and see if it makes a difference.
not an option using mac

I just want to be able to record shows to watch later. I tried recording some sporting events around 3 hours long and find that after 30 minutes they stop.
did you change the channel?

poor dsl 6 Mbps only and not worthy to keep box up when net is down
recently one of my E2 got damaged because of power lol
dont get power for long enough to keep batteries charge and they die quick lol
I was referring to pc
there's no battery in any of the buzztv devices..lol
-
I think you forgot about the battery so loss of power doesn't shut it down

my mom hits on and off so many times and messed up many times and gets frustrate and confuse when it reboots. so for her I had to leave it on suspend and now have been running without single issue.
better to set start from live tv
would you never shut down a pc?
-
maybe don't use suspend mode
I clear running background apps many times a day and have no issue

Thanks for the link to that video. I've set up internal storage and DVR correctly. Perhaps the consistency of the stream is what is affecting the reliability.
are you trying to rewind what you're watching?
-
even if allowed 2 connections using mac it's not possible
wicked ain't it?

exactly. I always leave new buzz boxes at "current". Service provider EPG was PST/Vancouver for the longest time like you said. I don't know when exactly they changed (probably when they switched to new servers and backend), but now it says UTC, and I did not adjust anything and everything is auto adjusted
I'm pretty sure buzz set epg to the tz on your device so even if that service went back to pst it wouldn't matter because when that happened I had to change from -3 to current even though server epg was -3 for me

Ok so tonight I/m trying the BuzzTV live app. I turned on my boz, went to live and for about 20 minutes now it just has a black screen saying "Loading channel list". It's doing something because the BuzzTV logo is blinking. How long will this go on?
did you use xc api in server setup?
