just tried my arq-100 and arq-250 and both work on my 4900

you said you have 2 of them without removing usb adapter did you try other remote?

are you using the usb adapter?

the remote is not bluetooth make sure you're using the usb adapter that came with the remote

hopefully it's a bt remote since they never said

can you use auto spell check?

I only use cec with my 5 series devices since remote is very limited compared to the bt-200 I'm considering using bubble wrap for it...lol

with cec on it only takes one push to shut down box and tv next power up requires both power buttons as usual if cec was turned off I've never seen force max volume what steps to get to that?

if you set up learn for tv functions cec worx correctly of course you need to press red power button to turn tv back on you set up the remote to be that way that's not a bug

I posted that I'm using the latest software version and light stays blue when I press power button when I press power again it goes to live tv but I get a popup for my file explorer app I have 7 days of guide and I had to change my hdmi control settings on tv because pressing suspend was turning my tv off which doesn't happen in shutdown

I set mine to suspend and blue light stays on version 5.0.905 was the same with version 5.0.901
