thank you closing info bar when needed is good

the back button has never opened up channel list on any model the ok button did and still does

prior to update had no issues with back button now after changing channel back button brings up channel list so now info bar on bottom stays for scheduled time

but that's not a hard reboot

did you try a different player?

push pin and hold then apply power wait about 20 seconds for recovery screen to appear

and you chose wipe data/factory reset in recovery mode?
