I plugged it in and nothing

went to network and internet settings and it showed not connected

went to wifi and turned it off

then ethernet connected

and you're wrong

I just took the ethernet from 4900 to laptop and I had to disable wifi for it to connect

Look at your computer what happens when you connect a Ethernet cable it uses the speeds of the NIC card not the WiFi adapter.

is your computer android?

did you pair the remote successfully?

settings/device preferences/screen saver/put device to sleep

with streaming or m3u you usually get more than one connection

with mac you only get one

I use a vpn and have no issues with live tv

and my speed is only around 20mbps
