I can assure you that we both know how to read

I unplugged power for 5 minutes then plugged it back in and got black screen unplugged and plugged back in and it booted correctly

even rebooted from recovery screen and still stuck on logo

after several reboots I am still stuck on buzztv logo

read what I quoted they posted that they hope sd card will still be an option no one said that option will be removed

who said it was being removed?

turned one button record back on and recording fails if I change channels with it off I can not only change channels but I can change servers

this may or may not help I ran several tests

I have mine set to shut down but it actually goes to suspend when I power off the tv
