before update mine always went into suspend mode even though shut down is selected now the box stays on turned virtual off but blue light stays on but box goes into suspend

what firmware version do you have? if it's v20211108 then check for update and before leaving screen enter 2015 with remote

on my 4900 and older models I have tv set at 60% all the newer models the volume is controlled by the source so anywhere between 15% to 20%
