can you use "File Manager +" and check how much space you have on the box, because something this freezing or out of sync can happen when you have no available space for cache, maybe you have recordings on the unit, if you do move them to a SD card or USB thumb-drive or External Hard Drive.

that is a good question, but wrong place to ask, we do not support nor help with Providers, as per company policies. Your issue with freezing is providers.

you just simply have to go to different Category and select another channel, now when you go back to Adult you should see the password popup again.

Turns out our AV reciver doesn't support 4k and we set the box to 4k. It's set back to 1080 and it works.
Doesn't explain why it worked the day before when we set it 4k but whatever it works now.

it maybe reading 4K but out-ports 1080P till your AV receiver quit on signal differences.

Just to clarify, most problems with the original remote are with arrow keys and OK button; need 2-3 tries to respond.
Note: I changed the battery just to make sure that is not the issue.so you are saying that Artronix programs the remote to work with Buzztv, cause as i see online its only made for MAG boxes and i know the codes are different.

I am sending this to our developers to check on our software side. i do not think it is the remote, it sounds more like software not functioning or pressing too fast may confuse the control of the app. also can pause the control on software. Again, too early to determine, let our developers come up with solution and i will update you guys.

So your question has nothing to do with DRM components. Rather Apple blocking or not allowing decoding on the android devices.
I am a apple TV fan since AppleTV2 days and i don't see any app creation for regular PureOS compatibility yet.
This app would not work on any browser nor app yet because it is not been compatible with any mobile devices. they have launched the AppleTV+ with Samsung SmartTV only 8Gen and Amazon FireTV devices.

All the apps I've tried I can't get up to the top navigation top in the apps without using the mouse it's annoying. This wasn't an issue with the older buzztv I this it might be the launcher bar blocking it. Is there anyway around this?
This was not addressed before, we will work on a fix.
