Hd5 should record from suspend or shutdown mode Tv does not need to be on at all

Where do you get your channels because buzz does not provide ANY tv channels?

If youtube ,netflix,prime etc all look good on the buzz the picture quality issue on live TV is with your service not the buzz

reloading a portal is nothing like a factory set Did you read my post?

recently a friend of mine lost most of his categories Fortunately for him he was able to unhide them i juswt hid all my categories and my vod are identical to you There is no way to unhide them entering server in another portal fixed it

There is no difference between the bt 300 and the bt 400 The update goes to the box not remote

The update with the remote control feature was sent to buzz 4500s that came with the bt300
