The update with the remote control feature was sent to buzz 4500s that came with the bt300

The bt250 uses AA batteries so that should make a difference in battery life

You can get into server from live tv Buzz knows about the issue and it will be fixed in next firmware -

I don't believe that the app is android 11. Last I heard they were going to be adding it to the android 9 units
