Brand New X5 will not boot past the animation screen.

Received my new x5 yesterday from Amazon and unit will not boot past boot animation and just continually restarts.  Tried factory reset via toothpick method and to no avail still only boots to animation and then continually restarts.  Could you send me a link to the new update and I will try to install this update via usb and see if that makes a difference.
I even changed hdmi different input etc.

when you did the hard reset did you get android recovery screen?

Yes and chose factory reset it went through the motions of erasing and rewriting but same thing happens

are you using the power supply that came with it?

I even swapped out hdmi and tried different input

Returned the unit and bought the x5 128 seems to be working ok so far.

the u5 is good too ,it was just unfortunate you got a dud
