Pulsar
Immediately after taking the latest April 2023 firmware update on my Buzz X5 128 AI, the BT 400 remote control went wacky. Keeps getting randomly unpaired and sometimes when clicking on something it will just scroll very fast through the entire selection instead of one line at a time, or touch it to turn the volume up and it goes all the way up or down. It hangs or freezes sometimes when trying to fast forward through commercials. I put new batteries in it (not that there was anything wrong with the originals) I tried disconnecting it and repairing it multiple times, but it still acts the same. I think they should be a lot more careful about testing these updates before they ever release them. I wish there was a way to roll it back. What a pain in the butt after forking out $282.49 with sales tax for the most expensive Android box I have ever bought. It did none of this and acted normally before this update. I can't be the only one....

Pulsar
I did factory reset the remote, a few times. Have been using these boxes for many years and have never owned one that was this buggy.
