I have an end user who mentions that the led light on the front panel is black.

A reboot of the box did not solve the problem.

is there something in the menu settings to turn it off or on?

did they push it in thinking it was a power button?

my grandson did that to my 4500

if that's what happened it only takes about 10 minutes to fix

Fyi,,it’s actually not working the led and is not pushed in..

first box that has ever had a hardware issue for buzz and I have picked up at least 100 or so for friends and family
