No command when hard resetting

Box puked won't boot and constant reboots. 

So did hard reset. Comes up with the android guy screen and says no command. There is no options to select wipe data etc.

so you held button in and then plugged in box? then this came up?

i had to reset half a dozen never had your issue

Yes I have tried 3 times and get the same issue.  Whats making me reset is when I boot the box, it displays the background but I never get the main screen ( live TV VOD/apps etc ) then it reboots automatically.

In the meantime i would start a rma with  buzz

is home screen set to media player?
