Ethernet

I cannot get my Buzz Tv switch over to Ethernet . I’ve tried cutting off the WiFi , nothing seems to affect it, I check Ethernet connection also. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

cutting off? did you turn off wifi in settings? 

maybe reboot

I never got it to come on, I have been using WiFi.

I went to settings and cut off the wifi thinking that may help.  But still when I go down to ETH it still does not connect

With me worked right away when I power of/on the box with the ethernet cable in ofcorse
