My stick shuts down in 10 minutes , I have done hard reset , sometimes it wont allow you to do anything , not even a reset, It plays normal every so often then shuts down and freezes on BuzzTv lLOGO during load .

Well this hole is too small , I tried putting some force on it without breaking it. Like I said it looks like it was not bored out completely , Thanks for reply

please see attached photo. The tip is too fat to go in that hole. Upon further looking it may be that the hole was not completely drilled out ?

I ordered 4 vid sticks as presents. I planned on setting them up one at a time and giving them. to family. Thus far the 3 I have set up have frozen and frozen and needed rebooting too many times. I changed the first one out, and was sent a new one and its doing the freezing here and there also. I got until the 25th to send them back and I'm leaning that way. I also notice the sticks get very hot . The reseting over and over again has had a toll. I'm going to return all 4 and stick with the BOx's XR4500 etc.. Any suggestions

The stick only has two round holes, one for reset and one for Irl , so yes I'm sure.

I meant the IRL slot, for some reason the male end is fatter than the IRL hole. Sorry for confusion.

When attempting to do a hard reset , the male portion is too fat for the tiny hole in the stick

I have approx 180 MPBS household wifi. My Vistick only shows approx 4-8 MPBS most times.. IS there anything I can do to maximize WiFI

I did, I answered the question of the FCC number, was waiting on a answer . I went to try to the hard reset but my IRL cable male is too big for the IRL insert

Good evening. I ordered 4 sticks. The first stick was replaced as it froze on the BIZZTV Logo. I was apprehensive about connecting the other 3, so I did one and it gets stuck every time at the OTA %6 downloaded spot. This has been going on for a week and it never gets past that point. It allows me to go back and watch and do things but a few minutes later it goes right back to the update screen. Please advise

When I use the stick my Samsung tv screen keeps flashing on and off. The tv stays on but the screen flashes only when I use the stick

I purchased a WD external Hard drive 1 TB. It was working fine. I initially bought a 5 TB and it did not work and was advised the 4500 would not work on anything above 1TB. So I connected the WD 1TB and everything worked fine. I'd go into ES Exporer and cut and paste the movies to the External Drive. Well today It keeps saying loading OTG, but never fully loads < I only had about .25% space used . Any advice ?
