stevestad Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 XRS4500 V20220106 5.0.793 Help please. Almost every night around 9p +-, my VOD stops working, with message Stream Not Available. This affects all Favourite episodes, which then work fine in the morning and early evening next day. Turning Buzz box off and on does not fix. Don't hink it is cache because I clean that regularly. Don't think it is internet or iptv because Live TV still works fine when VOD goes down. Any ideas? Quote

Emporium Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 This is probably your IPTV service. LiveTV and VOD are often on different machines, and obviously different services. Just because LiveTV works, does not mean that the server containing all the VOD is working. Very often, many services will post in other forums that VOD/TV Series will be going down for maintenance or rebuild for a certain period. However that does not affect the LiveTV, so they are independent. Check with your IPTV service provider. 1 Quote
