Blue Light On

Just bought the X5 128al got it all set up, i think, my question is ( i couldn't) find anynthing in the forum, the Blue light on the box, supposedly on/off mine stays on all the time and it is Bright. I have turn off the cec, no help. Can any one help to turn blue light off. Thanks in advance

Do you have the powerkey definition set to shutdown, or something else ?

If it is "shutdown", then it should go red.  When you press the power button, does the box turn off instantaneously, or do you see a little spindle and saying "shutting down", before it goes black ?

it turns red in suspend mode as well

Emporium & discusser, thanks for your reply. The power key is set to shutdown, when i turn off the box the tv and the soundbar turn off but the X5 128 Al blue light remains on.No red light as of now

Did you program the remotes power button to control the TV power?

If so, you need CEC turned on for the box to turn off.
