buzz stick 4000

hi why would my stick keep freezing/locking up any ideas why this would be happening i do get a messege saying buzz tv app is not responding which is happening a lot many thanks

Have you done a soft reset?

yes mate and ive emailed kull media in the uk from where i bought it from 5 days ago but not got back to me

What about hard reset?
