can not get it to let me in at all

was working fine this morning came home just won't start up just keeps spinning says loading categories then goes back to server settings , re started several times, rebooted modem paid up to Jan next year.

This sounds like the issue

To see if the server is having issues
just type in the same server url into any web browser on your phone or computer and see if it loads for you.
