Have been having an issue with extreme audio latency in everything (IPTV, buzz tv app, YouTube, CatMouse). I have factory reset box and with only one app running, still getting latency. Short HDMI cable, hardwired it into the box and still getting latency. Only thing left to try is a hard reset, but can’t find any reset holes. Am I missing it?

Reset box and still having latency in audio. Its happening even in files playing locally on the box. Really disappointed in the box. This is getting really annoying.

1.  What is the HDMI cable from the box connected to?

The TV Directly?

Soundbar?

Stereo Receiver?

Or are you doing the audio via an SPDIF connection using an optical cable?

2.  You can also try to change the Audio Output setting within Android

From the Home Screen
Go to Settings icon
Go to Advanced Settings
Go to Digital Audio Format

Usually it is set to Auto
Try changing it to PCM

See if that helps with your latency issue.

If this happens on every other TV you try as well

Then I would suggest getting the box replaced under warranty
