I have two boxes both broken and one of them I already shipped back to get fixed and still the same issues when it came back and the rma tickets never gets answered for either box. I buy 100s of buzz tv boxes a year as I buy in bulk and I'm getting frustrated with the support system.

The tickets have been open since July 9th and still not resolved
