I just received my brand new XRS4500 Buzz TV box from Amazon.com .. after all connection setup /Time zone /WIFI Connection /Remote control / successfully is done .. it ask me for update setup .. after 35 minute running the update .. i get this popup .. Device not Authorized Device Not Authorized Please contact cs@buzztv.com with your Serial Number. Thank You. OK. when i press OK my buzztv shuts down ..can you please contact me ASAP what is the problem please advise & confirm.. Thank you .. Quote
