smokens Posted November 12, 2022 Share Posted November 12, 2022 (edited) Hello, I've been trying to upgrade my friends XR 4500 to buzz 5 but it keeps saying no beta file found .He just received it about 2 weeks ago . It has the newest buzz 4 file . I've entered 2015 several times and it keeps saying no beta file found . I believe I'm supposed to send the mac address and serial # somewhere to get it registered of sorts , but not sure where . Any help, thanks . I've read to send it to buzztv.com is this right ?
