Buzz Stick doesn't wake up

Neither remote does. 

You need to have the IR extender hooked up and make sure the remote can see the IR extender you can not hide it behind your tv that has to be visible.

As I said, the IR extender is connected, and yes, it is where the remote can see it. 

So, to be more clear - 

It is NOT hidden behind anything. No idea why you would even think that. 

The IR extender is 1. connected to the ST4000, 2. facing forward, and 3. directly in front of the remote. 

It does not make any difference at all.  Still does not wake up the ST4000.
