Vidstick st 4000 remote is freezing up

My vidstick st 4000 remote is freezing up on any function I use apks menu area sometimes it stops but starts right back up after a few secs

I had a few issues at the start I unplugged stick for a few minutes then plugged back in and then it was ok

I think I got it to work right now i just took off the  Infrared  cable that came in the box and just used the Bluetooth thats built-in the stick works fine now

Hello while using my IPTV services on the Buzz TV Vidstick all of a sudden it gets blocked  in which I believe the issue is that The Buzztv 4 app is send too many request to my service therefore causing it to disable.

LOL sorry about that and the option for fast  loading epg is turned off

My vidstick remote if frozen. Unplugging buzz tv does nothing. I’m stuck on the login page for thr Smarters app. Help!

Just to clarify you are disconnecting power from unit and not just simply unplugging?

Same thing happened to me with 2 of .y services I was wondering what was the issue with that
