WiFi turns off after10 seconds? Also when on, does not see any available WiFi networks? I downloaded Buzz tv 5 but not sure problem related to BT5 as I usually do not use WiFi. Will be travelling next month so will need WiFi.

Are you turning on WiFi while you are still connected via Ethernet ?  If so, unplug the ethernet cable first.

When I travel the WiFi isn't used much as the hotels and motels restrict the WiFi

I usually use a mobile hotspot
