Blank screen

My vidstick is showing a black screen nothing else, no splash screen nothing. The white light is on. I tried a factory reset by holding pin reset button and powering on but still nothing.

Do you have box unplugged when you power it up?

try a different hdmi port or make sure you have correct port selected in source

they already said pin reset

but they never answered nbs. so I just wanted to make sure they were pressing and holding down reset before applying power
