Not connecting internet with Ethernet cable. The hard wire did work on laptop, so there is not issue with the wire or internet

Hi, I am trying to connect buzz tv box to tv. But it keep giving message either cannot load portal, or the circle keep rotating and says connecting.

does it say connected when you go into network settings?

Portal not loading is usually wrong server info

You can also open up Youtube or Chrome apps to see if you're connected to the internet.
