"Cannot load portal: Incorrect user name or password."

Hi all.

I'm having a connection problem with my XRS4500.

It gives me the error message "Cannot load portal: Incorrect user name or password." 

I've done the hard reset with a toothpick in the aux portal. Selected clear cache/ factory reset, and let it do it's thing. Came right back to the same error message after I paired the remote and tried to log in.

I'm sorry. I don't know any of this verbiage.

 

Just trying to get my box working again. The problem started 2 days ago and I don't know much about these units. It's worked fine for the 10 odd months i've had it.

I did, and now it's sorted.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Went out on the motorbike for some gasoline therapy. Saw a couple of friends. Just got back.

How did they resolve it? Was it on Portal side or the box?

Could be a number of reasons Possibly they gave him wrong info to input
