neanderthal Posted July 23, 2022 Share Posted July 23, 2022 Hi all. I'm having a connection problem with my XRS4500. It gives me the error message "Cannot load portal: Incorrect user name or password." I've done the hard reset with a toothpick in the aux portal. Selected clear cache/ factory reset, and let it do it's thing. Came right back to the same error message after I paired the remote and tried to log in. Just trying to get my box working again. The problem started 2 days ago and I don't know much about these units. It's worked fine for the 10 odd months i've had it.
