XRS4900 stuck in reboot mode

my xrs4900 is stuck in reboot mode, i can't get into menu nor the settings it just keeps rebooting over and over...

any suggestions as to fix this issue?

Well I have tried this like 8 times over and over and still reboots

when in recovery screen are you selecting wipe data?

are you using the power adapter that came with it?

cause the 4900 uses 12 v

yes on the wipe the data clear and yes on the correct power adapter

I will have to check when I get back home..

I did just as the video showed.

Should be back home in a couple hours.

yes i can wipe data / factory reset

some times it reboots before letting me get the setup done.

i have tried it many times..

but I'm going to try again.
