Favorites feature is missing on 4900 Series

I have a XRS4900 on 5.0.653 I have about 50 shows favourited and when an episode is aired and updated there is no way to identify that a new episode has been added. Not by date or anything.

However, on the 3000,3900 buzz series boxes with 50 favourited shows. If an episode is aired and updated it is updated on my favourite's list by the newest aired episode by date.

Any ideas?

This is rediculous that no updates are being automatically pushed to the new boxes anymore. Why the heck do I have to keep giving my mac address to get an update. I expect it to work and function properly and receive updates automatically.
